General Statement of Duties: Oversee the men’s soccer program, which includes recruitment of quality student athletes, academic advising or counseling, schooling, teaching and coaching.
Supervision: Reports directly to the Athletic Director. Incumbent supervises Assistant Soccer Coach, Workstudy students assigned by Financial Aid Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-season, in-season, post-season training, practice and competition, with specific
• duties for Varsity team within the team environment.
• Recruitment of student/athletes
• Monitoring student academic progress
• Scheduling games
• Development of appropriate public relations and promotional activities as necessary
• A commitment to be responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations of Bacone College,
• Red River Athletic Conference and NAIA
• Maintain all areas related to the operation of the soccer program
• Organizing soccer camp tryouts
• Scouting of opponents

Qualifications:

• roven ability to identify, select, recruit and develop highly-skilled athletes at the NAIA Championship level.
• Knowledge and ability to teach and communicate with young people and diverse groups.
• Efficient computer skills and capable of utilizing various software designed for college institutions.
• Good organizational skills.
• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required-Master’s Degree preferred. Coaching at the collegiate level required.
