RN to BSN Completion Program
Bacone College is proud to offer an RN to BSN degree completion program. The RN to BSN program is a degree completion program for registered nurses with an active, unencumbered nursing license. The RN to BSN degree completion program curriculum consists of both core curriculum and nursing courses. The nursing courses for the degree completion program are completed in an accelerated online or online-blended format and can be completed in 9-18 months. Nursing courses are 8 weeks in length. Practicum experiences, when required, are individually arranged. Financial Aid may be available for full-time students. Full time enrollment for the RN to BSN degree completion program is nine hours in the spring and fall semester; six hours in the summer semester. Application for the RN to BSN degree completion program
Cohort groups begin throughout the academic year. Applications to Bacone College and the Department of Nursing must be completed and filed with the Admissions Office in order for applicants to be considered for admission.
Admission Requirements
An active, unencumbered RN licensure:
- in state of residence for online program
- in Oklahoma for online-blended program
Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or better; Applicants with a cumulative GPA of less than 2.5 may be admitted with conditions
Admission Procedure
Applicants for admission to the BSN program shall comply with the application requirements and procedure by completing the following items:
- Application for Admission to Bacone Collegewith submission of all college transcripts.
- Application for Admission to the RN to BSN program, including two completed standardized reference forms.
- Application for financial aid with completed FAFSA (www.fafsa.gov)
Application Deadlines:
- For fall semester beginning in August: June 15
- For spring semester beginning in January: November 15
- For summer semester beginning in June: April 15
