History and Polity Course
ABC History and Polity is a joint effort of Central Region, Dakota’s Region, Great Rivers Region, Mid-American Region, and Rocky Mt. Region in partnership with Bacone College, Muskogee, OK.
This course seeks to introduce the student to the historical and theological roots of American Baptist life, thought, practice, and polity. You will be introduced to the current life, structures and practices of the American Baptist Churches in the USA. This includes a review of the steps toward ordination and placement within the ABC/USA
Educational Seminars
Our staff and students are available to present seminars to church groups on a variety of Biblical topics and ministry skills.
Christian Life Coaching and Conflict Resolution
Rev. Dr. Robert Duncan is a Board Certified Master Life Coach (certified with the American Association of Christian Counselors) and Rev. Dr. Leroy Thompson stand ready to serve churches and leaders in working through the challenges of ministry and relationships.
Christian Counseling
Rev. Dr. Leroy Thompson, an ordained ABC minister and Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor serves as a counselor to our students, faculty, and staff.
Student Ministry Teams
Bacone’s Center for Christian Ministry serves the local church by providing the Gospel Choir, Praise Team/ Band, and Worship Arts Team for weekend services, junior or senior high school retreats, Faith Promise Weekends, and other church events as requested.
Internship Services
